In plain terms: we never sell your data, never train shared AI models on your content, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how NeuralDesk (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website and services. It applies to you as an account holder, and it governs how we act as a processor for the content your assistants are trained on.
What we collect
We keep collection to what the product actually needs:
- Account details — your name, email, and workspace settings, so you can sign in and we can reach you.
- Training content — the documents, URLs, and files you connect to train your assistants.
- Conversation logs — messages between your visitors and your assistants, so you can review and improve answers.
- Usage & billing — product analytics and payment records (processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers).
How we use it
We use the information above to operate the service: to authenticate you, run your assistants, show analytics, provide support, prevent abuse, and process payments. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
AI & your content
Your training content and conversations are used only to power your assistants. We do not use your content to train foundation models, and it is never shared with other customers or pooled into a common model.
Your content trains your bot. It never trains anyone else’s.
Sharing
We share data only with the subprocessors required to run the service — hosting, our LLM provider, payment processing, and email delivery — each under contract and only for the purpose of delivering NeuralDesk to you. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is scoped by least privilege, secrets are rotated, and we monitor for anomalous activity. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if it were our own.
Your rights
Depending on your region (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of this is self-serve in your dashboard; anything that isn’t, we’ll handle within 30 days of a verified request.
