Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NeuralDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Accounts

You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 to use NeuralDesk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NeuralDesk to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Upload content you don’t have the rights to, or that is harmful or deceptive.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the service, or circumvent usage limits.
• Deploy assistants that impersonate a person or organization without disclosure.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and the conversations your assistants generate. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any price change, and you can cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the paid period.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep NeuralDesk available and fast, but the service is provided “as is.” We may perform maintenance, update features, or adjust the service, and we’ll aim to minimize disruption.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
